At this meeting, held in Thessaloniki and attended by 7 participants, issues concerning the regionalisation of the pilot courses on “Basics of Water Resources” and “Conflict Prevention and Cooperation in International Water Resources” to SEE were discussed. The ultimate goal of this project was to hold a short pilot course (5 ½ days) on Cooperation and Prevention of Conflicts in the Management of Transboundary Waters in South East Europe, addressed to professionals, able to constructively evaluate the course, provide revisions and feedback, suggest improvements and possibly contribute to ameliorating the contents at a later stage. The final course would be aimed at young diplomats and decision makers from different SEE countries.
