17th-21st October 2006, Thessaloniki, Greece. INWEB has begun the adaptation of a 5 day UNESCO IHP PCCP course to the Balkan region. The course will be held at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from 17th-21st October 2006. Trainers will include experts in the fields of social sciences and alternative dispute resolution, international law and water sharing, international water economics, technical engineering, hydrology and water sciences, and hydro-diplomacy, and invited participants will be decision-makers from the Balkans region. |
