Twin Basin proposal for San Pedros and Mesta/Nestos River Basins
Exchange of expertise project, January 2007.
The Twin Basin project facilitates the exchange of expertise and experience between river basins. UNESCO Chair INWEB, in collaboration with the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy, University of Arizona submited a proposal to Twin Basin for cooperation between the Mesta/Nestos River basin (Bulgaria/Greece) and the San Pedros River basin (USA/Mexico), which was subsequently accepted.
