This course was developed by a UNESCO IHP Task Force on Transboundary Groundwater Education to promote inter-disciplinary and inter-professional practical tools to facilitate concrete responses to transboundary groundwater sustainable management issues. Topics from the fields of hydrogeology, water management, economy, law, engineering and political science were presented and the need for communication between the different possible actors of transboundary groundwater management, including language and cultural dimensions.
